Primary Function: Provides clerical and administrative support in a variety of functions as directed by the Office Manager. The ability to learn our processes and work independently is critical.
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Requirements: Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, exceptions may be made based on experience. Word processing, spreadsheet, and basic computer skills with either Microsoft or Google software. Ability to complete tasks with moderate supervision. Experience in an office environment preferred, but not required.
Core Responsibilities:
Represent ServiceMaster in a professional, positive way when dealing with customers, employees and other members of the community via phone or in person.
Front of house reception, answering phone calls.
Word processing of various letters, memos, reports, photocopying and filing etc., as needed for management personnel.
Record keeping functions like filing and data entry.
Assist the Recruiter with hiring/placement/orientation of new employees and processing files when needed.
Additional Tasks as Requested:
May be asked to schedule and coordinate meetings, deliveries for events, etc
May be responsible for creating reports and distributing on a regular schedule.
Make employee handbooks, employee folders and ID badges.
Stocking paperwork in lobby & manager pit.
Assembling proposals – small & large format.
Assist with the organization and promotion of special company events.
