    About the Role:

    In this key role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to multiple departments, helping manage schedules, organize information, and maintain efficient office processes. Your strong communication and coordination skills will be critical to keeping everything on track in a fast-paced environment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

    • Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally

    • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

    • Maintain organized filing systems and manage digital records

    • Assist with travel planning, expense reports, and office supply inventory

    • Help track deadlines, projects, and key operational priorities

    What You Bring:

    • At least 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

    • Clear and professional written and verbal communication

    • A high level of discretion and attention to detail

    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
