    5E Real Estate is looking for a friendly and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping our daily operations organized and running efficiently. You’ll help with calendars, scheduling, paperwork, vendor coordination, tenant documentation, and keeping our systems updated and accurate.

    5E is a family owned company, led by Erik and Dane, who both reside in Richardson and love being a part of this community.

    Erik and Dane met through the real estate community, and decided to start a business together sharing the same vision - fixing homes in the area and helping those who need a way out of their current situation. Erik and Dane have a shared passion for restoring older homes and constructing new homes.

    Full-time- W2

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Calendar management & scheduling (sending invites, managing timelines)
    • Meeting setup & coordination
    • Ordering office supplies & maintaining organization
    • Setting up utilities for properties
    • Lease & tenant paperwork support
    • Collecting and organizing tenant documentation
    • Scheduling repairs & coordinating vendors
    • Data entry & document management
    • Preparing document packets & permit paperwork
    • Running occasional local errands
    • Updating spreadsheets (no creation required — just maintaining accuracy)
    • Following structured daily and weekly processes

    What Success Looks Like

    • Accurately following established processes and workflows
    • Completing daily/weekly tasks consistently and on time
    • Maintaining clean, organized, and up-to-date records
    • Ensuring all steps are completed when new contracts come in
    • Strong attention to detail

    What We’re Looking For
