    About the Role

    Jwanaix Group is growing and seeking a serious, organized, and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is an in-person position in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. If you're dependable, patient, bilingual, and eager to learn, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries

    Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-ups

    Maintain organized filing systems and update client records

    Perform data entry, prepare basic reports, and draft correspondence

    Support customer service and general office tasks

    Assist management with daily operational needs Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements

    1–2 years of administrative or office support experience

    Insurance industry experience is a plus

    High school diploma required

    Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

    Must work on-site at our Orlando office (not remote)

    Core Skills Needed

    Organization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks. Communication: Strong verbal/written communication, active listening, professionalism. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and office equipment. Attention to Detail: Accurate proofreading, data entry, and document preparation. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

    CRM & Marketing Tools (Preferred):

    Experience using CRM systems is a plus

    Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, GoHighLevel, etc.) is a strong advantage

    Strong interpersonal skills

    Works well in a multicultural environment

    Bilingual: English & Spanish (preferred)

    Additional languages are a plus
