    In-office position only We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service or office experience who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in supporting meaningful work. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing front-end support to clients, coordinating internal procedures, and helping maintain a high standard of organization across our systems. You'll serve as a key point of contact for callers and guests, assist with scheduling and administrative workflows, and be part of a team that values accountability, kindness, and professionalism. This position may also be a great fit for someone interested in developing into a Legal Secretary or legal administrative role over time. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take clear, detailed messages • Greet clients and visitors and maintain a welcoming reception area • Track and document internal procedures and client-related tasks in real time • Maintain, organize, and scan files and records in accordance with internal protocols • Support scheduling of appointments, calls, meetings, and internal calendar management • Provide backup coverage for the receptionist and other administrative team members • Assist with ordering supplies, preparing for team events, and supporting marketing or community outreach efforts • Perform other administrative duties to support the legal and operations teams as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred • Minimum of 1 year of administrative assistant or customer service experience • Professional demeanor and business attire required • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong grammar and spelling • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask under deadlines • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds from the floor to overhead • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required • Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented, with a desire to support others and keep things running smoothly Compensation: $18 hourly depending upon experience
