Qualifications: • 2 years of office/customer service experience preferred. • Positive attitude with a solutions-focused and energetic demeanor. • Strong commitment to relationship building, follow-up, and top-tier customer service. • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Professional appearance and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong interpersonal etiquette and customer service skills.
