This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client interaction, and helping a professional office run smoothly. You will be a key part of maintaining an efficient, well-organized office environment. You will be a key part of maintaining an efficient, well-organized office environment. This is an in-person position at our Temecula office. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct calls appropriately • Assist with new client intake and gathering initial information • Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally • Receive and organize client documents • Scan, upload, and file documents in the firm’s systems • Process and organize incoming and outgoing mail • Maintain organized physical and digital files • Assist with office organization and administrative support tasks • Help maintain a clean and professional office environment • Support the legal team with general administrative needs Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional and courteous phone etiquette • Friendly, client-service-oriented attitude • Reliable, punctual, and dependable • Comfortable using office equipment (scanner, copier, etc.) • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn office systems quickly • Ability to handle confidential client information responsibly • Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred • Prior experience in a law office, accounting office, or professional services environment • Experience with client intake or administrative support Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly
