Four Seasons Home Products is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to provide clerical, administrative and receptionist support for our Lee's Summit production team, as well as provide administrative support to project managers and director of production.
Essential Job Functions:
Taking and fielding customer phone calls, maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
Manage customer repair calls and coordinate service with project managers and installation teams
Maintaining organized and accurate records and files
Data entry
Office Management which includes answering questions via phone, email and walk-ins; manage office equipment throughout the department; supply ordering; event coordination.
Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail, and deliveries as well as managing outgoing mail
Orders, receives, stocks and distributes office supplies
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services and orders/stocks related supplies
Receives and attempts to resolve complaints through knowledge of company policy and products
Preparing detailed job descriptions and important job specific-related information for installation crews
Scheduling appointments and dig-rite services for clients and job sites
Other administrative duties as assigned
Maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment
Maintain multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines and frequent interruptions

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
