Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and flexible Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our Walterboro office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination
Support staff with clerical tasks and special projects as needed
Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information
Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and office communications
Help manage office supplies and coordinate orders when necessary
Provide coverage and support in various areas of the office as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
