With decades of combined legal experience, our team is committed to excellence — and we are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.

    As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations working directly with our Firm Administrator. Internal communications and office coordination, you will be a great addition to our admin team.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support the Firm Administrator with daily operations, IT issues, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and appointments

    Prepare, file, and organize HR documents, payroll, new employee onboarding, training

    Assist with administrative reporting as needed

    Requirements

    Proven administrative or legal office experience preferred

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Discretion and confidentiality are a must

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
