    We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Administrative Assistant to support our engineering and client services teams. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive individual with excellent customer service skills, strong command of Microsoft Excel, and a detail-oriented mindset.

    The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, can juggle multiple priorities with precision, and serves as the central coordination point for both internal teams and external clients.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide administrative and operational support to engineering teams and project managers.

    Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

    Assist in the preparation and formatting of technical documents, reports, and presentations.

    Create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets using advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation, etc.).

    Track and update project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

    Maintain internal documentation, logs, and databases with accuracy and consistency.

    Coordinate cross-functional activities between engineering, sales, and customer support departments.

    Assist in managing contracts, proposals, and customer onboarding workflows.

    Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive client and company information.

    Must be able to work in the office. No remote work

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.

    Proven client management experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

    High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

    Experience with or knowledge of ERP software systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) is a plus.

    Understanding of business operations and business processes.

    Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred
