In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations and provide essential support, allowing the agent to focus on clients and sales. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required — what matters most is your ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work. Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits Available • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period • Rapid growth potential This role is a full-time, in-office position based in West Chester, PA. Responsibilities: • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the team • Maintain and update databases, files, and client records • Prepare and process real estate documents, contracts, and correspondence • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and property showings • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally • Assist with transaction management from contract to close • Support listing preparation, including coordination with photographers, stagers, and vendors • Manage office supplies, systems, and general organization • Help with marketing tasks such as posting listings and updating social media • Track expenses and assist with budget organization • Support team events and client appreciation activities Qualifications: • Previous administrative experience (real estate experience is a plus but not required) • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (CRM experience preferred) • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on solutions and service • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion • Flexible schedule; occasional evening or weekend work may be required Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
