We are now hiring an Administrative Assistant — a mission-critical, client-facing role that sets the tone the moment someone walks through our doors. This is not a passive receptionist job. This is the heartbeat position of our studio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Performance Expectations)
Deliver a World-Class Client Experience: You are the first face clients see and the tone-setter for their entire session. You must radiate positive energy, anticipate needs, and OVERDELIVER. If delighting people doesn’t light you up, you won’t last here.
Master Our Software Systems & Keep Operations Running Smoothly: You’ll learn multiple platforms quickly, troubleshoot confidently, and keep digital and physical systems organized. Tech savvy is non-negotiable.
Own the Phone & Communication Loop: You’ll answer every call with professionalism, return messages immediately, and follow up with leads persistently (up to 5 times in 3 days). This requires confidence, courtesy, and consistency.
Switch Context Without Losing Precision: You’ll greet clients, update social media, schedule appointments, transition files to digital, manage signage, place orders, support marketing campaigns, and jump into client scheduling as needed.
If interruptions throw you off, this role will overwhelm you — but if you’re a natural multitasker, you’ll love it.
Support Marketing & Brand Presence: You’ll help launch mail campaigns, update social channels, and assist with marketing execution. Bonus points if you have skills in Canva, video editing, or content creation.
