Key Responsibilities:
· Provide on-site sales support and ensure top-tier client service.
· Handle administrative tasks such as tracking trades, and supporting various sales projects
· Maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with policies, and manage internal reporting
· systems like Salesforce.
Experience Needed:
· Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in sales or financial services.
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident, clear, and professional.
· Experience in event and project management, and a commitment to exceptional client
· service.
· Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
