Job Description
AHRC NYC is looking to hire a Regional Administrative Assistant (RAA) for their Residential division. The RAA position involves a variety of routine administrative functions in support of the day-to-day operations of a work unit. Under direct supervision, the RAA performs entry-level administrative activities for a work unit; performs data entry; processes forms and requisitions; maintains recordkeeping; organizes and files information; prepares routine reports and correspondence; responds to requests for information; provides general office assistance; and conducts receptionist duties.
LOCATION: Manhattan 10003
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (35hrs. per week).
**SALARY: $40,000 - $44,000 per year plus a comprehensive Benefit Package which includes FREE Medical Insurance Benefits for both Family & Single Plans. ** See Benefit information below.
