    The role combines administrative support with office management and requires someone who thrives in a polished, high-performance environment. You’ll be the face of the office and a go-to resource for daily operations, contributing to a workplace culture that’s both efficient and welcoming.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office Management (60%)

    • Serve as the front-line representative: welcome guests, coordinate deliveries, and maintain a professional atmosphere
    • Manage office inventory including snacks, drinks, and supplies; handle lunch coordination for the team
    • Submit office and building maintenance tickets; liaise with property management
    • Keep shared spaces organized, clean, and thoughtfully stocked
    • Assist with hands-on tasks such as framing artwork, organizing the storage unit, or small repairs as needed
    • Contribute to a warm, safe, and functional environment for all employees
    • Serve as a secondary point of contact for after-hours building issues

      Administrative Support (40%)

    • Provide support with printing, filing, research, and general admin tasks
    • Assist executives with occasional personal errands (e.g., prescription or bank pickups)
    • Offer cross-functional support on ad hoc projects or as backup for administrative colleagues

      What You Bring

    • 1+ years of administrative or office support experience in a fast-paced, professional setting
    • A positive, can-do attitude with high attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Fast learner who embraces technology and streamlines workflows
    • Natural multitasker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Personable and composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills
    • A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently but values collaboration
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to work onsite five days a week

    $65,000-$80,000 per year
