You won’t be expected to “run the business.” Instead, you’ll play a key role in keeping things organized, handling day-to-day administrative work, and helping the team stay on track. Compensation • Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stable, full-time position with long-term growth potential Responsibilities: • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office support • Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders • Assist with preparing, organizing, and filing documents • Track tasks and follow up to ensure completion • Support communication with clients and internal team members • Update systems and maintain accurate records • Help keep files organized and easy to access • Assist with email management and basic correspondence • Support general office needs to keep things running smoothly Qualifications: • Exposure to mortgage, real estate, or lending environments preferred but not required • Reliable and consistent; you do what you say you’ll do • Detail-oriented and organized in how you approach your work • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy • Able to follow clear processes and instructions • Positive, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed • Skilled in time management and ability to stay on track throughout the day • Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools) • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
