This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and build valuable experience within a growing home-improvement company. You do not need to have experience in every part of this role—we are happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you are reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy helping people. The core focus of this position is providing consistent administrative and office support. You will be a welcoming presence in our office, assist with organization and communication, and help support important administrative needs across departments. You will also gain exposure to HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination, and special projects. Responsibilities: • What You’ll Do Serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for employees, candidates, visitors, customers, and vendors Answer and direct incoming calls, receive deliveries, manage mail, and help maintain a welcoming front office Keep office supplies, shared spaces, files, and administrative processes organized Support scheduling, meetings, calendars, communications, and document preparation Assist with new-hire onboarding, employee paperwork, employee-file maintenance, and other HR administrative tasks Help coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communication, and interview scheduling Assist managers and departments with administrative needs, reports, spreadsheets, and follow-up items Maintain accurate information in company systems and handle confidential information appropriately Support special projects that improve organization, communication, and efficiency across the office Learn company processes and take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence grow Qualifications: • What We’re Looking For The right person will be organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable helping a variety of people throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who likes having clear responsibilities while also being part of a collaborative office team.You should be: Reliable, punctual, and available to work in person during scheduled office hours Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks from start through completion Friendly and professional when communicating with employees, customers, candidates, and visitors Comfortable answering phones, working with email and calendars, and supporting a busy office Able to handle confidential employee and company information with discretion Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Willing and able to learn new technology and company systems A positive, helpful team player who takes pride in doing quality workPreferred Experience—But Not RequiredWe are willing to train the right candidate. Prior experience in any of the following areas is helpful, but not required: Administrative assistant, office support, reception, scheduling, or customer service HR, recruiting, onboarding, employee records, or payroll support Paycom or another HR/payroll system Home improvement, construction, manufacturing, or another fast-paced service businessOpportunity to GrowThis role is a starting point for someone who wants to build a long-term career with Omni Remodeling. As you learn the business and demonstrate strong performance, there may be opportunities to take on increasing responsibility in areas such as HR, recruiting, office administration, sales support, operations, or production support. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
