This is a part-time role with a mix of office responsibilities, customer communication, and field support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer follow-ups & Google review requests
- Social media management
- CRM (DASH) assistance
- Job site photo documentation
- Obtain real-time data on job sites (Moisture mapping water losses - no experience necessary)
- Sketch properties by hand (no experience necessary)
- Meet Insurance Adjusters on job sites for walk throughs
- Basic administrative support & digital filing
- Hiring support & employee onboarding assistance
- Customer communication (calls, texts, scheduling updates)
- Insurance follow-ups (as needed)
- Office upkeep & organization
- General errands
Work Environment
-Occasional visits to active job sites (water, mold, or cleanup environments)
-May require use of basic personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks or gloves
