Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will execute office duties in support of our non-emergency medical transportation business including but not limited to routing, dispatching, and billing activities.. The ideal candidate can problem-solve and maintain processes in a fast-paced environment to meet schedule and client requirements.
Responsibilities
Professionally administer and route all incoming calls in a polite, enthusiastic, and friendly manner
Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
Dispatching tasks include calling drivers to inform them of pick-up and route modifications
Problem-solving skills. Real-time investigation into solving client and driver issues.
Complete driver duties in case of staffing shortage or possible service issues. This is needed on an infrequent basis.
Assist with driver and vehicle compliance and inspections.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED preferred
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Clean driving record (No more than 2 speeding tickets, No suspensions)
Pass a drug test and background check.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday; 10 AM – 2 PM as base schedule. There are times where schedule variation will be required based on business needs
Pay: $13.00 per hour. Paid weekly. Training period 2-4 weeks at $12 per hour
