Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate team member
Data Entry into our online system
Create job files for estimating team
Ability to use a multi-line phone system
Clerical duties such as scanning, copying, and filing
Greet visitors with a positive attitude and direct them as needed
Other administrative assistant tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Communication skills – Verbal and written
Great customer service and organization
Proactive in problem solving
Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with OneDrive a plus!
Experience with DASH platform a plus!
Be able to pass a background check
