In this role, you’ll serve as a central point of coordination for the office, helping manage client communication, policy servicing, renewals, billing follow-up, documentation, and day-to-day administrative operations. You’ll help ensure nothing slips through the cracks while keeping workflows organized, efficient, and moving forward. We’re looking for someone who can confidently step into a busy agency environment, communicate professionally with clients, and take ownership of their responsibilities without needing constant direction. Your work will directly support the growth and stability of the agency by creating the operational reliability that allows leadership to stay focused on serving clients and growing the business with confidence. Compensation • Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 • Paid Time Off • Bonus opportunities • Benefit options negotiable Responsibilities: • Answering inbound calls and serving as a professional, client-facing point of contact • Following up on quotes, policies, and billing inquiries • Collecting payments and ensuring accurate documentation • Preparing and sending Certificates of Insurance (COIs) • Uploading and maintaining client and policy documents in EZLynx • Tracking renewals, policy changes, and rate adjustments • Supporting day-to-day administrative operations to keep the agency running efficiently is a plus Qualifications: • Insurance industry experience required • An active insurance license is preferred (If not licensed, willingness to obtain one, we will support you through the process) • Experience with EZLynx strongly preferred • Background working in an independent insurance agency • Strong communication skills with a high level of customer service • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities • Proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to do • Previous insurance experience (independent agency, customer service) • Clients feel taken care of, informed, and supported at every touchpoint • Follow-ups happen consistently, and nothing falls through the cracks • Policies, renewals, and documentation are accurate and up to date • Leadership is freed up to focus on writing business and handling claims because you’ve created operational stability behind the scenes • Adaptable to be able to balance and navigate a fast-paced environment Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
