    Job Description

    PPW is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will report to the Human Resources Manager. This position will support our team with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is efficient and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Requirements

    · Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2+ years of proven administrative assistant experience

    · In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of administrative assistant experience required · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). · Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. · Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a professional setting. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively. · May occasionally need to lift supplies (up to 25lbs.).

    Responsibilities

    · Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.

    · Process expense reports, credit cards, and review bank statements for the team.

    · Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.

    · Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, interviews, and travel arrangements.

    · Prep documents and onboarding for new recruits.

    · Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.

    · Handle and maintain parking transponders and validations.

    · Process service requests in building portal.

    · Order and track office supplies and equipment.

    · Greet guests and direct daily deliveries.

    · Maintain property inventory.

    · Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Job Type/Location

    · This is a part-time role, in-office position located in Irvine, CA with working hours of 4 hours per day Monday-Thursday (hours may vary).

    · Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

    Benefits

    · Paid sick and holiday pay.

    Pay

    · $25.00 - $35.00/hourly, depending on experience.
