    We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a top-producing Real Estate Agent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, supportive environment and enjoys handling organizational and client-focused tasks. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines, work with clients & associated businesses, coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team lead to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, attention to detail, a knack for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a strong administrative skillset to follow a systemized real estate business's processes. This position is typically 18 hours weekly - may require more time at start-up. Schedule is either 9-3 Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or 9-2 4 days per week. Responsibilities: • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, lenders & attorneys so that we earn their referrals. • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork. • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary. • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and that any tax withholdings are complete. • Produce all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc., to continuously build our brand. • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments. • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connections with people in the neighborhood. Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills with tremendous attention to detail. • Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva, and the ability to learn and adapt well. • Friendly, professional, and client-focused. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation: $21 hourly
