    Position Overview

    The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to management, staff, and operations. This role is key in keeping our inn organized, efficient, and responsive. You will be responsible for handling office tasks, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with projects to support both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and reservations

    • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)

    • Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents

    • Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry

    • Order and maintain office and guest supplies as needed

    • Coordinate with management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations

    • Provide general administrative support for special projects and seasonal needs

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

    • Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or hospitality role is a plus

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
