An Administrative Assistant provides crucial administrative and logistical support to an executive, managing calendars, travel arrangements, communications, and other tasks to ensure the executive's efficiency and productivity
Key Responsibilities:
7.Project Support:
Assisting with projects, gathering information, and preparing presentations.
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
9.Travel Arrangements:
Booking travel, accommodation, and transportation for the executive.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus. • Skills: • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred).
