    Full-Time | In-Office Our firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the legal team by keeping daily workflows organized, coordinated, and moving forward. This role focuses on administrative coordination, communication support, and task tracking to ensure that work is completed accurately and on time. You will help manage the flow of information, documents, and follow-ups so that the legal team can operate efficiently and effectively. You will also gain exposure to legal processes and case workflows, with opportunities to grow into more advanced legal support roles over time for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and initiative. This is a structured, fast-paced position suited for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting multiple priorities in a professional office environment. Who Will Thrive in This Role You will succeed in this position if you: • Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members • Are dependable and consistent in completing tasks accurately and on time • Enjoy structured work with clear expectations and deadlines • Pay close attention to detail and follow instructions carefully • Are interested in learning legal processes and growing over time • Stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a busy environment Responsibilities: In this role, you will support the legal team by helping ensure that tasks, communications, and documents move through the office in an organized and timely manner. • Monitor and manage assigned administrative tasks to ensure timely follow-up and completion • Support communication between team members, clients, and external contacts • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment preparation • Track task status and ensure updates are properly documented and communicated • Help organize, prepare, and format documents and correspondence as directed • Ensure information and materials are routed to the appropriate team members for action • Follow up on outstanding items to help keep work moving forward • Assist with client communications such as scheduling, reminders, and basic updates • Support internal coordination between team members to reduce delays and gaps in workflow • Assist with general administrative duties, including organization, tracking, and document handling as needed Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Dependable with strong follow-through • Comfortable working in structured, task-based environments • Professional communication skills (written and verbal) • Proficient with basic office tools (email, Word, scheduling, document systems) • Ability to work full-time in-office • Prior office, administrative, or legal support experience preferred • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs • Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation for work-related errands and off-site needs Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly depending on experience & demonstrated capability
