    Joe W. Fly Co., Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ.

    In 1967, Joe Fly Sr. started his business cutting air filters by hand in his living room. Over 50 years and 15+ locations later, we’re just as committed to providing clean air solutions to all and are growing faster than ever!

    This position has the potential to develop into a full-time role

    ** Responsibilities**

    • Provide administrative support such as preparing proposals, quotes, and sales orders, service dispatch, etc.
    • Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner and ensure quality service
    • Maintain accurate and current customer and order details and records in the system
    • Process payment for will-call orders and assist with general order support as needed
    • Assist with the collection of funds for both current and past due amounts
    • Maintain filing system; file job tickets and invoices daily
    • Maintain current knowledge of all products and services and educate customers on additional offerings
    • Oversee planning and logistics associated with meetings and events
    • Maintain proficiency in current and new office technology
    • Open during regular business hours

    ** Qualifications**

    • Proficient with computer and internet-based applications and experienced with MS Office Suite
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • ERP experience a plus

    All candidates must be eligible to work in the US and able to pass a background check; and drug screen if required.

    Compensation will be commensurate with level of experience.
