    We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence.     Qualifications

    Associate's degree required; administrative training a plus

    Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role; construction industry experience preferred

    Familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, plotters)

    Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as online portals and office software

    Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recurring projects and deadlines

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with vendors, agencies, and government/permitting offices

    Discretion in handling confidential company, vendor, and employee information

    Notary certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
