Position Overview
The Goddard Frisco Legacy Administrative Coordinator supports the daily operations of the school by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across classroom documentation, communication, and administrative systems. This role works closely with leadership and teaching staff to maintain high standards in classroom reporting, family engagement, and overall school organization.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom & System Oversight
Review and approve daily classroom documentation, including photos and activity reports
Ensure all children are accurately checked in and checked out each day
Support audits for documentation and completeness
Support onboarding families
Support teachers as needed in classroom with administrative support
Audit classroom records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Monitor consistency across classrooms to maintain school standards
Photo & Content Management
Review and support social content
Ensure all shared content is professional, engaging, and aligned with school expectations
Organize and maintain photo archives
Family Communication
Assist in preparing and editing school newsletters and communications
Ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and consistent across classrooms
Support family engagement through high-quality daily reporting
Social Media & Marketing Support
Identify and organize high-quality photos for potential marketing and social media use
Recommend content that highlights classroom learning and school culture
Collaborate with leadership on promotional initiatives
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all required daily sheets and reports are completed accurately and on time
Follow up with staff regarding missing or incomplete information
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all licensing and school policies
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using technology and school management systems
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in early childhood education or a Goddard Frisco Legacy setting
Familiarity with childcare management software (e.g., Brightwheel, Procare)
Understanding of early learning frameworks, including STEAM-based learning
Work Environment
In-person position within a Goddard Frisco Legacy setting
Active, fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with staff and children
Standard school operating hours with occasional additional responsibilities as needed

This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, supporting teachers, and providing families with a clear, meaningful view into their child’s daily learning experience.
