    Position Overview

    The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily school operations, serving as the first point of contact for families, and assisting leadership with administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking with a smile.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet and assist families, students, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor

    Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries

    Maintain student records and ensure confidentiality

    Support enrollment processes, including tours and follow-ups

    Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking

    Manage office supplies and vendor relationships

    Support school leadership with scheduling, reporting, and special projects

    Help coordinate school events and communications

    Qualifications

    Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field

    1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    A positive attitude and a passion for working with families and children
