    Schedule Requirement

    Applicants must be available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

    What You’ll Do

    Create a welcoming, supportive environment for families, children, and staff

    Serve as a key point of contact at the front desk and assist with daily school operations

    Support leadership with enrollment, communication, and administrative tasks

    Manage closing procedures

    Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and compliance standards

    Learn all school roles to effectively support classrooms and team members

    Build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive school culture

    What We’re Looking For

    A passion for working with children and supporting families

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    At least 1 year of experience in a preschool or childcare setting preferred

    Must be at least 21 years of age

    Ability to drive a 14-passenger school bus if needed
