    Administrative Assistant Entry-Level / Property Management Support This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to get started in property management, hospitality, or real estate operations. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner. This role is primarily administrative, but you will occasionally need to visit properties for simple on-site tasks (checking supplies, meeting vendors, snapping photos, verifying cleaner work, etc.). A reliable form of transportation is required. Experience in the short-term rental industry is not required — we provide full training. However, prior customer service experience is strongly preferred, as clear communication, organization, and professionalism are key to this role. You'll be supporting our property management team with day-to-day operations, guest communication, scheduling, and backend admin work. There is a real opportunity for growth into more senior roles over time. Responsibilities: • Support the property management team with daily operational and administrative tasks • Schedule and confirm cleanings, maintenance, and vendor visits • Communicate with guests, owners, vendors, and team members via email, text, and phone • Monitor booking calendars and flag scheduling issues or conflicts • Update property listings, upload photos, and maintain internal records • Track inventory and restock essential supplies across properties • Review cleaner and maintenance reports for quality control Qualifications: • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply — training is provided • Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, admin, or similar) • Organized, dependable, and tech-comfortable (Google Drive, email, spreadsheets) • Strong communicator — written and verbal • Able to prioritize and handle changing tasks in a fast-paced setting • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
