The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Business Operations Department, with responsibilities in quality assurance and compliance under the direction of the Business Operations Specialist and/or Compliance Officer. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Essential Functions: -Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, and preparing documents -Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies -Assist in monitoring compliance documentation and processes -Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting materials as assigned -Utilize computer systems, databases, and office software to perform daily tasks -Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, patients, and external partners -Other duties as assigned to support department operations
