You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Are: • Exceptionally organized and process-driven • A strong verbal and written communicator • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and scheduling tools • Calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple priorities • Naturally upbeat, outgoing, and solutions-focused • Service-oriented and pride yourself on delivering 5-star experiences • Comfortable on the phone and confident in client-facing interactions Compensation & Schedule: • Base Salary: $30,000-40,000 • 25% Bonus for referrals • In-office position, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm (NO WEEKENDS; occasional RMRE event) • Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors—via phone, email, and in person • Maintain agent calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and office materials • Input and update client information in RE Homebase and CRM platforms • Support onboarding tasks for new team members and agents • Track and order office supplies and ensure daily operations run smoothly • Assist with marketing tasks, team events, and social media coordination • Answer phones by the second ring and greet visitors warmly • Log communications and notes in CRM to support team transparency and accountability • Support the transaction team with admin follow-up and light contract-to-close tasks as needed • Attend daily team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture • Identify ways to improve systems, checklists, and office workflows • Achieve one referral per month through personal or professional network Qualifications: • 1–3 years of administrative or client-facing experience (real estate, hospitality, or service industry preferred) • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office (training provided) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Outstanding time management and project coordination skills • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Service-based mindset with a desire to support and uplift others • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems • Detail-obsessed and process-oriented, with a love for checklists and completion • Confident working with high-performing individuals and strong personalities • Ready to jump in, take initiative, and help wherever needed to move the mission forward Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 base salary
