    Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

    Payrate: $18.00/hr.

    This is a temporary position scheduled to run through April 2026, with the possibility of an extension based on business needs.

    Job Summary:
    City Economic Properties is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to support daily operations and assist with the management of real estate transactions and property-related activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative processes while supporting property management and leasing efforts.

     

    • Provide administrative support to property managers, brokers, and leadership
    • Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents, contracts, and files
    • Coordinate appointments, inspections, property showings, and meetings
    • Communicate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and external partners
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
    • Manage databases, property listings, and internal tracking systems
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
    • Assist with reporting, invoicing, and basic financial documentation
    • Support marketing efforts, including property listings and promotional materials

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in real estate administration, property management, or a related role preferred
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate or property management software
    • High attention to detail and professionalism
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of commercial or residential real estate operations
    • Familiarity with lease documentation and property management systems
    • Customer service and tenant relations experience
