You'll help keep the team organized by supporting administrative tasks, coordinating client communication, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Compensation: • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 • PTO • Stipend Benefits Available • Bonus opportunities Responsibilities: • Assist the team and leadership with daily operational needs • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments • Support client communication and follow-up • Assist with documentation and transaction coordination • Organize marketing materials and internal databases • Help optimize systems and streamline processes • Provide excellent customer service and support • Jump in where needed and proactively look for ways to support the team Qualifications: • Organized, dependable, and strong with follow-through • Naturally detail-oriented and process-driven • Strong communicator with a professional and positive attitude • Tech-comfortable and able to learn new platforms quickly • Resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative without being asked • Team player with a willingness to wear multiple hats • Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities shift • Real estate or administrative experience is helpful, but not required Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
