    Job description:

    G3Kids is an active play and child entertainment gymnastics center! We provide services to the community the keep kids active, social, and safe - gymnastics, parkour/ninja classes, camps, preschool preparation, parties/events, and more!

    We are looking for an energetic and outgoing person to work at the front desk. The Front Desk position includes administrative duties, customer services, sales expectations, and directly communicating with children and parents/guardians. We are seeking a long term employee, this is not a seasonal position.

    HOURS: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Hours range from 3-8 hours. Friday is typically 9:45-5pm. Saturday & Sunday start time is always 8:45am; end time between 11:45am to 5:45pm (Typically ending around 12/12:30pm). *Possible shifts during the week - based on what management needs

    We will teach you, you just must be willing to learn and take initiative

    Preferred Experience:

    Sales

    Customer relations

    Gymnastics or other athletic involvement

    Child watch services

    Some duties include:

    Answering new and existing client questions with expertise and accuracy in our facility's offerings, policies, and procedures; via phone, email, and in person

    Enrolling, processing payments, transferring enrollments, assessing open spots and availabilities for our programs, etc

    Pursuing sales goals with initiative, persuasion, and respect towards customers

    Assisting G3Kids instructors and coaches with kids in the facility when needed

    Basic computer knowledge is required

    Flexibility is important in this role

    Basic computer knowledge is important, being able to learn quickly and independently using problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
