  • Responsibilities

    The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing front desk operations and providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the office. Duties include answering and routing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, managing calendars, processing mail and faxes, assisting with meeting preparation, supporting office upkeep, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with basic IT needs. This role requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities: • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and confidentially • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for attorneys and staff • Process general inbox communications and route messages appropriately • Prepare materials and logistics for meetings • Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, including legal correspondence • Assist with planning firm meetings and events • Support vendor coordination and office services • Maintain office organization, supplies, and overall upkeep • Assist with basic IT needs and coordinate with IT vendors as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment • Professional demeanor with a strong client-service focus • Proficiency with standard office technology (phones, email, calendars, basic computer applications) Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
