NOW HIRING: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at our Wilmington location.
As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Answering phones
Receiving loss information & dispatching crews to jobs
Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Customer POC
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Experience in service industry environment a plus
Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Valid Driver's License
