Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. While this role’s primary focus will be on accounting tasks, it will also provide support to our Human Resources and Operations department.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to maintain accuracy in an evolving workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
· Manage calendars and schedule meetings
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations as needed.
· Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
· Order and manage office supplies and vendor relationships
· Assist with Accounting department with various tasks including accounts payable and receivables.
· Assist with Human Resources department with onboarding and other various tasks as needed
· Provide support to departments related to your role with various tasks.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) and Inventory Management software (Preferred but not required)
· Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools (Preferred but not required)
· Strong communication skills
· Prior experience in Finance and Human Resources (Preferred but not required)
