Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 per year + Health Benefits & 401(k)

Key Responsibilities
Manage comprehensive Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows, including entering invoices, processing cash receipts, and reconciling bank statements accurately.
Execute full-cycle weekly payroll processing, accurately calculating vacation payouts, annual merit increases, and personal time tracking.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, managing high-volume incoming phone calls and performing credit reference checks for prospective accounts.
Oversee HR administrative functions, including processing new hire packets, scheduling pre-employment physicals and background checks, and administering health insurance enrollment updates.
Monitor office inventory levels and proactively order supplies to maintain seamless, uninterrupted daily operations.
Maintain accurate transaction logs and audit trails for bank statement reconciliations, employee attendance tracking, and vendor documentation.
Provide functional guidance, onboarding orientation, and cross-training to fellow team members to ensure administrative efficiency across departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Associate Degree in Business or related discipline is required.
2 to 4+ years of hands-on administrative, accounting, or HR support experience in an office environment.
Professional experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity or direct experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Epicor software experience is a strong plus).
Practical knowledge of core accounting procedures (AP/AR, bank reconciliation, credit checks) and weekly payroll processing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and strong organizational capabilities.
