  • Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    Responsible for performing support work as it related to the member services retired department. Duties include processing daily mailings to membership and managing related paperwork, data entry in the pension administration system, quality control of scanned documents, follow-up with members to provide requested information, and providing administrative support to the department.

    Experience working across different computer systems and working independently

    Administrative or customer service experience

    Selected candidates will be run through internal background check which includes a credit check.

    PSPRS does not want to review bids that were submitted to other PSPRS postings.

    Candidates selected for an interview will interview via interview link where they will record themselves. Please ensure candidates are comfortable with interview style.

    Local Only Candidates - Resumes must specify the current location of the candidate, all those who do not state current location will not be considered. - AS A REMINDER - Candidates must be local at time of submission, and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date. Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.

    Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.
