Job Description:
The Department of Child Safety’s Distribution Center is looking for an Archive Assistant. The AA will assist with warehouse duties, perform a variety of clerical duties, and utilize knowledge of systems or procedures. The individual Tabulates and posts data, prepares orders, and uses scanners to convert forms, receipts, and reports into electronic format. They will process and scan files to be entered into computer in digital database, modify or purge entries, and complete this while meeting accuracy requirements of a current 98% accuracy rate.
The ideal candidate will have both administrative and warehouse experience!
• Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.
