Job Description:
This Administrative Assistant position will primarily focus on 3 core areas:
redacting Behavior Plans of all sensitive and private health information to prepare for annual reviews;
updating behavior plan-related data fields in a central database system used by DDD Support Coordination; and
) Uploading approved behavior plan packets into a DDD member's electronic file once ready and writing progress notes to serve as a receipt.
Skills:
Database entry; Google and Adobe Acrobat skills; ability to follow standards of work guidelines to ensure consistency; ability to follow and maintain confidentiality guidelines that ensures the security and privacy of DDD member's information; ability to recognize when support is needed and reach out for help.
Qualification for Position:
At least 2 years’ experience with using database systems, computer-based applications and clerical entry.
Some experience with working within a team writing correspondence and communications regarding progress with tasks/projects.
Some experience working across teams in different function areas.
Minimum high school diploma
Candidate with experience assisting special projects and working across function areas would be a plus.
