In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers while also coordinating crews, managing schedules, and supporting office operations. You’ll play a critical role in helping our team respond quickly and professionally when customers need us most.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls and provide professional, empathetic customer service
Schedule jobs and dispatch crews based on urgency, location, and availability
Coordinate daily job assignments and adjust schedules as needed
Perform accurate data entry and maintain job files
Support office operations and administrative tasks
Communicate with customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow
Assist other departments to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree a plus)
Previous experience in administrative, dispatching, or customer service roles preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Clear and professional communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
