    Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Sales Support

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our sales team in the fast-paced junk removal and dumpster rental industry. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist with sales coordination, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry to service completion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Support:

    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms (Google, Facebook, website leads).

    Prepare and send estimates, service proposals, and invoices.

    Follow up on pending quotes and leads to help close sales.

    Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Workiz).

    Administrative Duties:

    Schedule junk removal jobs and dumpster deliveries/pickups efficiently.

    Coordinate daily schedules for drivers and field crews.

    Prepare and organize required job documentation.

    Handle customer billing, payment processing, and account reconciliations.

    Order office and field supplies as needed.

    Customer Service:

    Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

    Collect and process customer feedback to improve services.

    Manage online reviews and help maintain a positive online presence.

    Marketing Assistance:

    Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media updates, and promotional material preparation.

    Track and report on lead sources and marketing effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or customer service (experience in waste management or service-based industries is a plus).

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    High attention to detail and accuracy.

    Bilingual abilities are a plus.
