Position Summary
Administrative Assistant (Preferably Bi-lingual -Spanish) provides administrative and operational support to the HR department in a resort environment. This role independently manages core HR processes, supports employee lifecycle activities, ensures compliance and data accuracy, and serves as a knowledgeable point of contact for employees and leaders. The position requires discretion, initiative, ambiguity, and the ability to work independently as well as with the HR team on resort projects.
