Administrative Assistant Specialist (Work from Home)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of the office by supporting managers, staff, and clients through a range of organizational and communication duties.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and contact lists
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Provide general support to visitors and staff
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Coordinate office procedures and maintain office policies as necessary
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or relevant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Experience with scheduling tools and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
Knowledge of project management and basic bookkeeping
