Stansfield Signature Real Estate in the DC Metro market is hiring an Administrative Assistant to become the right hand to leadership and the engine behind the scenes. Compensation: • Salary: $58,000-$62,000 • Bonus opportunities • Stipend benefits Responsibilities: • Run the daily operational flow of the business so nothing falls through the cracks • Protect leadership’s time, priorities, calendar, and focus • Manage CRM/database accuracy, organization, and follow-up standards • Coordinate meetings, schedules, projects, deadlines, and moving pieces • Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to closing • Oversee vendors, contractors, and home-prep projects tied to listings or client needs • Assist with marketing initiatives, listing promotion, events, and social media execution Qualifications: • Experience in operations, executive support, client service, or office management • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required • Confidence with technology, CRMs, Google Workspace, and learning new systems • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Proven ability to create order in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized people who love structure and accountability Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000 yearly
